About Me

Hi, I'm Irina

My journey to becoming a personal trainer wasn't traditional — I spent 10 years in IT before realizing that my real passion was helping people move, feel better, and build confidence in their bodies. But my analytical mindset never left me. Now, I blend that structured, problem-solving approach with a human touch to create training that's as unique as you are.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all fitness. Every person comes with their own history, lifestyle, and challenges, and I love the process of figuring out what actually works for each client. Whether that means adjusting movements to fit your body, breaking things down into simple steps, or finding a rhythm that makes training enjoyable — I'll be right there, making sure it all makes sense for you.
